Instructors/Course Builders
- For help with accessing email, Eaglenet, or the Hub, reach out to the Service Desk 319-398-1264.
- For help with your Talon courses, Panopto, Turnitin, Remind, Exam settings, etc, reach out to the Instructional Design team or call the department (319-398-4958). Schedule a quick support session to meet on Zoom.
- There are also on-demand tutorials for using CourseLeaf or Talon and other technologies.
Students
- First line of support is the Kirkwood Student Helpdesk 319-398-7624. You can also stop by the Allsop Computer Lab in 131 Nielsen Hall. They can get you connected with resources or other personnel at Kirkwood who can help troubleshoot issues. More Student Helpdesk resources are available on the Student Helpdesk website.
- Talon 24/7 support is available for basic Talon issues. You can access this support inside Talon. Click on the Virtual Assistant bubble at the bottom right of the Talon screen to start a session.

- Honorlock also has a built-in help chat tool on the Honorlock dashboard (under Student Tools menu in Talon).
- Respondus has an excellent support site with both a knowledge base and ticket support.
