How do I create a recurring event on the Talon course calendar?
When editing/creating an event on the Calendar, click the "Add Recurrence" button to set up a recurring event for the entire semester.
Next, enter how often the event will occur. In this example, I've selected a weekly event repeating on every Monday and Wednesday until May 13, 2025. This could be for a class that meets from 9-10AM every Monday and Wednesday. Click the "Create" button when done with your selections.

Note: You can later delete individual occurrences of this event as needed. For example, you may want to delete the specific occurrences that fall during Spring Break since the class won't actually meet that week. To delete an individual event from the recurring events, head to that event on the calendar, click on the action menu (down arrow) icon after the event title and choose "Delete Event." Then select the "Selected occurrence" option and click Delete.
