How to Submit Professional Renewal Forms - Faculty
3. Search and Click on Professional Renewal
4. Login to the Site
5. Click on the Form You Need to Fill Out
6. Complete the Form
7. Add Supporting Documents
8. Check E-Signature Checkmark
9. Type Your Name
10. Click Submit
10. Repeat Steps 5-10 until you're done
ℹ️ If you submit a form, it can be edited after as long as your supervisor hasn't approved it.
Approving Professional Renewal Forms - Deans
3. Search and Click on Professional Renewal
4. Login to the Site
5. Click on Administration
6. Select New
7. Click on search
8. Click Edit on the form you want to approve
9. Check Advance Workflow after reviewing their file
10. Check E-Signature Checkmark
11. Type Your Name
12. Add Any Notes Needed
13. Click Submit
ℹ️ Please do not change anything else in the form.
13. Repeat Steps 8-13 until your done
