Late arrivals and no shows
Kirkwood Test Center administers exams by appointment only.
The time shown on your registration is the time at which you are expected to begin testing. We strongly encourage test takers to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment to allow time to park, check in, store personal belongings, use the restroom, and have any questions answered in advance.
What to do if you are running late
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can move your appointment to a later time the same day.
We will do our best to accommodate test takers who arrive late, but our general policy is that test takers who are not checked in 30 minutes after their scheduled start time will be marked "no show," and will need to reschedule.
Test takers who arrive late enough that the Test Center will close before their allotted time expires will be required to sign a waiver of time, acknowledging that they must stop testing at closing time, before being admitted to their exam.
