How do I add a Panopto video to Talon for students to watch?

We recommend using Talon's Insert Stuff button to add a Panopto video to Talon. You can add a video anywhere in Talon where you have access to the editor tools, like an announcement, module/item description, or a page (aka File) in Talon.

When videos are added in this way, students automatically gain permission to view the video. Whereas if you link to the video, the default share permissions would need to be changed in Panopto.

Steps for adding a Panopto video in Talon

Click the Insert Stuff button and choose Panopto from the menu
Select the Panopto folder where the video is located
Select the video you wish to add
Select the green Insert button at the bottom right
On the preview page, click the blue Insert button at the bottom left
