How can I check for plagiarism?

The Assignment tool in Talon can be used, together with Turnitin's Originality Checker, to provide a similarity report for students' written work. We recommend enabling Turnitin on the Assignment prior to student submissions and letting students know how they can access their originality scores (if access is provided). 

The Originality Report will contain reference to any matching text found on the web, from other student submissions, and other databases Turnitin maintains. You can access students' Similarity Reports from Course Admin > Assignments > click the title of the assignment to view submissions and report scores. Click on the report score and percentage bar chart to view the report for any submission.
