Can I see grades I had recorded in Talon for a student who dropped my class?

Yes, as an instructor in the course, you can access the view grades page for unenrolled students. You will do this using the Classlist tool. 
  1. Click on Course Admin > Classlist
  2. Click on Enrollment Statistics button near the top of the page
  3. Scroll down to find the Withdrawals section
  4. Click the drop-down action menu next to the student's name and choose "View grades"
